1. AVG compliant banner configuration - audit
We audit the banner layout and configuration for AVG ‘correctness’.
2. Technical consent accuracy - audit
We manually check all consent scenarios on the websites and verify which cookies are placed per consent scenario and whether this is in compliance with the AVG.
Failure to comply with the AVG can result in hefty fines. Worse, it can lead to serious reputational damage.
3. List of all cookies fired per consent scenario.
So that it is clear what cookies are fired when a web visitor gives consent (point 2), what the description is and what organization it belongs to. Presented in an easy-to-read report.
4. Advice on what measures to take to be GDPR compliant on points 1 & 2.
After the audit, we will provide our written advice on what measures we need to take to comply with the AVG.
